"CaFE" stands for "Catholic Faith Exploration" and is a nationwide initiative to explore aspects of the Catholic faith through video resources.  This is then followed with light refreshments and a chance to informally discuss anything we saw and/or provides an opportunity to meet new people and make friends.

We have been running a number of popular "CaFE" programmes since early 2008.  This started with "Knowing God Better" which helped us answer some fundamental questions about the Catholic faith and, as to know God better through the help, forgiveness, word and spirit He offers us.  Most recently, we ran a short video series "Walking in the Spirit" leading up to Easter.  This helped a number of us to grow in our faith and equip us to serve God.

As a follow-on from "Walking in the Spirit", a series of "Life in the Spirit" seminars are now being run on Sunday evenings (7:30pm) leading up to the Pentecost.  It is not necessary to have attended "Walking in the Spirit" beforehand, and the course will be a practical introduction to the Holy Spirit, providing a number of interesting live talks, testimonies as well as worship and refreshments.  Please see the Life in the Spirit poster for details.
