The SVP is a national voluntary charitable organisation open to both men and women.
The local organisation within St. Mary's, known as a Conference, is a a strong and vibrant group.
It helps those in need by visiting the housebound, the elderly and the sick, and those who need practical help.
With over 5000 visits a year to hospitals, nursing homes, and individual residences, the SVP helps people in our community to cope with the ever changing situation around them.
