Confirmation is about saying yes to the Catholic faith and starting a new journey of faith that is your decision, therefore accepting the promises your parent/s or guardian/s made on your behalf when you were Baptised.

Confirmation is a sacrament and with it comes a special outpouring of the Holy Spirit to help you in your journey, so that you're never alone.

The sessions are designed for young adults at a school age, that start in September each year and offer an opportunity to explore the Catholic faith further and help you make an informed decision whether you're ready to commit.  You're more than welcome to start the sessions as a means to work out whether you're ready for it or not.

Anyone in year 9 or above is welcome to join Confirmation, even if you decided not to do it in previous years.  If you've left school, please contact us for details regarding RCIA, which is Confirmation for adults.
